Remedus werd in 2002 opgericht met als doel om gespecialiseerde behandelingen of complexe zorg op een kwaliteitsvolle manier thuis te laten plaatsvinden. Om dat te realiseren, voorziet Remedus ondersteunende maatregelen voor de patiënt en voor het team van zorgverstrekkers.
Remedus biedt op haar webshop sondevoeding aan van Nutrison.
Nutrison is een voeding dat omwille van medische redenen wordt toegediend. Het is een dieetvoeding bij ziekte-gerelateerde ondervoeding, voor patiënten die een normale hoeveelheid eiwit en calorieën nodig hebben. Bij herstel na ziekte of na een operatie is een goede voeding van goed belang maar soms is het niet mogelijk om dan gewone voeding op te nemen. In dat geval is Nutrison sondevoeding een oplossing, deze wordt gebruikt als aanvulling op of volledige vervanging van de normale voeding. Nutrison is sondevoeding voor patiënten die een normale hoeveelheid eiwit en calorieën nodig hebben.
